1. Soil, Toil & Table exhibition
Exhibition set up at the Lethaby gallery

Exhibition organised by Fergus Main at the Lethaby gallery, were I had the opportunity to assist and work on the curation and spatial design.

The exhibition brought together the work of over 70 Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London staff, students, and alumni to explore production through a radical lens, reexamining the human-nature bond. It delves into the intricate connections between soil and supermarket, land cultivation, food culture, dining practices, and waste renewal.

As cities expand, farmland diminishes, and one-third of the world’s soil faces degradation, food systems are becoming increasingly industrialised. This exhibition blends heritage with bold visions for the future.

Take a moment to dig deeper, question conventions, and carry forward the belief that the strength of our food—and ourselves—starts with the soil beneath our feet.
